Responsibilities:

• We are hiring a Business Development Manager at Allahabad(Prayagraj) to help us expand our client base. The goal is to grow business by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
• We need a Business Development Manager for web, mobile and software development.
• We need a Business Development Manager to meet political party and political candidates
• Must have at least 1- 2 years of experience in Marketing for Software/Web Development.
• Initiating contact with different corporate through own leads and leads previously generated by the company.
• Keeping a record & maintaining existing relationships to up-sell other training solutions
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through constant touch with clients resulting in repeat business for the company
• Opening up new markets through networking and referrals
• Generating leads for the other business development personnel to follow up and close
• This position has the flexibility to work from home

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Corporate business development. Experience of business development in the corporate training domain/HR domain is a definite plus.
• Good communication skills to be able to showcase the company and its offerings effectively
• "Selling" attitude so that he/she is constantly able to open newer channels and methods to reach out to a wider audience
• Executive presence required to meet senior executives at multi-national corporations for the purpose of business development
• Ability to lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
• Critical thinking skills and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
