Responsibilities:

• Designing and managing social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) in co-coordination with the Digital communication and Marketing team.
• Website designing and banner creating.
• Collaborating with Content Writing Team to get the most suitable content composed with the given feedback and suggestions on design templates to take it further for Branding.
• Graphic designing with advanced knowledge of software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Shaping the visual aspects of Logos, Brandings, Emailer, Collaterals, Social Media Creative’s, and so on.
• Overseeing all design projects, from outline to final delivery
• Reviewing and instructing the subordinate designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Staying updated with industry developments and tools
• The skill of Designing and wire framing in Figma.com is an added value

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Academic Certification from a premier organization
• Minimum experience of 2 years in designing interfaces

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any degree or diploma or equivalent qualifications in design with a professional record of work in the portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator and Figma.com.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
• Handle job responsibilities without senior support and also work as a mentor for the team.
• Comply with the industry standard, Stakeholders and Project Managers throughout the project life cycle.
• Strong analytical skills together with innovative and creative thinking.
• Plan and create unique designs.
• Well versed in time management
