HR Specialist | Experience – 2 to 3 Years
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Cooperate with the team leads and HR teams to develop and execute Employee Relations best practices and programs
- Tackle employee complaints and manage grievance process and facilitate counseling in conjunction with other respective authorities
- Take communications initiatives to proactively reach out to the employees
- Performance Management Specialist:
- To organize and execute performance programs and projects with affordable budget to evaluate, measure and improve employee performance.
- Prefer organizational goals to individual goals on the basis of performance and efficiency
- Develop appropriate feedback systems for planning and management of performance.
- Design and implement performance appraisal and tracking systems
- Create performance improvement plans, coaching aspects, training stuff, and progress tracking system
- Training & Development Specialist:
- Observe training requirements through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives
- Plan, organize and direct training programs for employees and clients
- Transmit targeted information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role play, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
- Monitor, evaluate and record the effectiveness of training programs
- Compensation & Benefits Specialist:
- Develop a compensation structure according to organizational aims and strategy
- Do research on salary and labor market to explicit benchmarks
- Create total reward policies and programs to regulate business excellence and growth
- Determining annual compensation plan including budget planning, annual expenditure budgeting and salary planning as per competitive norms
- Harmonizing with the existing perks and policies after employee impact analysis, cost simulations and market benchmarking to a high quality of employee satisfaction
- Working closely with the Payroll functions as exercising best practices for compliance, employee grievances redressal and other HR related developments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR specialist profile
- Previous work experience in Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, employee relations and performance management
- Ability to adapt in high-pressure situations that require sound decision-making
- Excellent communication skill in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to coordinate work with people of varied technical backgrounds and culture
- Well organized and reliable
- High attention to a commitment with accuracy of the process
